Job purpose
Responsible for supervising the implementation of Arabic learning goals to ensure that all children are able to access learning and reach their academic, social and personal growth targets.
Job responsibilities
Line management of Arabic teaching staff in assigned branches. Responsible for monitoring, assessing and supporting development of teacher performance through EPG’s performance management system.
Conduct daily walkthrough (learning walks) in all classrooms in assigned branches identifying trends and patterns to support teachers in monthly CDP sessions.
Supervise the implementation of the Arabic Learning Goals in partnership with Academic Management to enable all children meet their academic and personal growth targets.
Working with Academic Management, monitor, plan differentiated instruction, and develop action plans for children of concern.
Record evidence of behaviors and use of classrooms and learning spaces that demonstrate effective learning opportunities.
