Responsibilities
You assist the chief accountant by taking care of the following tasks:
Regarding suppliers, you:
- Record invoices in our Accountant Software
- Record payment imputations.
- Classify and achieve all accountant documents.
- participate in analyzing third-party providers account.
- Follow-up customers.
Regarding General Accounting, you:
- Record accounting entries, preparing transactions table and recording accounting data in our software
- Monitor the inventory of our Kuwait implantation's assets.
- Participate in general accounts analysis works.
Your position include also the preparation of Bank reconciliations.
