Responsible for communication between branch, parents and children, ensuring all students demonstrate expected EPG behaviours in the branch, following up on behavioural issues, cause for concern students and student attendance.
Job responsibilities
Ensure proper behaviour and conduct of children in and out the classroom.
Consistently monitor around assigned classes for any immediate need of support for concern or issues with children.
Maintain children’s professional relationships with staff, acting as guides or advocates.
Liaise between Teachers, Academic administrator, Academic Programme Managers and Branch Manager about any issues or concerns concerning children’s behavior or academic-related issues.
Liaise between branch and parents to address queries, issues or concerns.
Follow-up attendance of children and call parents who have two consecutive absences to inquire any concern that may arise.
Join meetings of Teachers or Branch Manager with parents to complete meeting logs and provide pertinent information where necessary.
Keep track of children in the watch-list from the beginning of the year and address any day-to-day concern to relevant staff, coordinate children support meetings using the action plan forms and parent letters and templates in Policy - Supporting Our Children.
Perform tasks in Fetch Me system at the end of each class day.
