o Conducting detailed financial analysis on key companies in the GCC region including financial statement analysis, ratios analysis and analytical write-ups
o Conducting market and sectoral research on key sectors across the GCC with special focus on Real Estate, Education and Healthcare.
o The ability and knowledge to prepare full valuation models (DCF, Peer-Group Analysis) for potential investment targets, including modeling of financial projections and sensitivity analysis.
o Assists in the investment process from sourcing to completion including the organization and execution of due diligence as well as preparation of investment recommendation under the supervision of department Manager.
o Conducts regular analysis of financial and qualitative information from existing investments/assets/projects to assess their trading performance relative to the original financing plan.
o Assumes responsibility for many important deal execution functions and regularly/ effectively interact and work with senior management teams.
o Identifying deal flow, attending conference and seminars and preparing investment reports.
o Good knowledge in portfolio management and direct investments reporting.
