Job Summary/Purpose:
Sell Heavy Equipment Spare Parts and ensure efficient counter services to the customers of Parts division of BTC.
Responsibilities:
Receive and identify customers, identity customer's requirements, place order on IMS for cash customers, quote price, offer discount as per Discount Code, take approval of Supervisor Sales for discounts over and above sanctioned limit.
Prepare invoice and ensure delivery of parts as per invoice details upon payment of cash by the customer.
Obtain requested parts details and verify with Electronics Parts Catalogue for No., specifications, and place order on IMS for credit customer and intimate delivery time.
Prepare invoice on the basis of LPO, offer special discount, and give copy of invoice to credit customer, deliver parts upon receipt of parts from CPD.
Check parts detail for No., specification and quantity on Electronics Parts Catalogue and deliver parts as per sales invoice to the internal customers.
Monitor daily sales and update stock position on IMS on daily basis.
Attend to customer queries update customer database.
Train and Guide new Sales Associates on parts Operations.
