• Strengthen communication and organization among the café members to ensure.
• Present menu, answer customer queries and make suggestions regarding our food and beverage options.
• Listen and respond to comments and questions of every guests and pay regular table checks.
• Ensure fast and accurate guest service at all times and solve guest problems the best way possible.
• Supervise on the staff compliance to service steps and customer service level of FOH (FRONT OF THE HOUSE) staff.
• Check the average ticket delivery time of foods & beverages.
• In the absence of the branch manager act as a full in charge of before chocolate café and manage the staff and operations without any errors.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of all the staff.
• Working hard to protect the image of the café.
• Always using recipe sheets and ensuring rest of the team is following and using the approved recipes when baking any /all items.
• Maintaining hygiene standards of kitchen as per guidelines.
• Often conduct food quality and preparation standard check and take immediate action regarding any mistakes.
• Ensuring minimum food costs while maintaining highest food quality, taste and minimizing wastage.
• Inform manager of any items ASAP and conduct receiving duties.
