The Quantity Surveyor will
• Take out detail bill of materials as per the tender drawings along with all required accessories.
• Bill of Materials has to be complying with technical specifications.
• Understanding the relevant standards of construction for each system( Elect/HVAC/PL.FF as per the local codes and practices and authorities.
• Take out detail bill of materials as per the Final Shop drawings along with all required accessories.
• Knowledge of the SAP System will be an added value.
• Report on any deviation in the approved drawings from the design drawings used in tender.
• Make sure that the detail quantities of material taken out from the approved drawings will be compared with quantities estimated in the tendering stage.
• Highlighting the difference in quantity if any, before created in the system
