Testing of raw materials, Binder chemicals & adhesives as per following:
(a) In-house testing- Titration, chemical concentration, liquid density, moisture content, grain size analysis….etc
(Within 5 working days after receipt by the stores in 100% cases)
(b) Decide and follow up the External testing -chemical composition
( Within 30 days after receipt by the stores in 90% cases)
Perform type tests on finished products such as thermal conductivity, odor emission test, compression resistance test etc. and report the results twice in a week.
Complete resin analysis and report the results by same working day in 100% cases.
Fulfilling product sample request from sales office
Attending daily operations meetings to discuss the quality related issues
Perform product benchmark and prepare final report
Perform product audit(inspection when required)
Prepare QA monthly presentation for Management Meeting
Maintain and Update( daily, weekly,monthly) reports in SAP system
To decide on product quality (reject, hold, rework)
