The Operations Manager oversees the production of goods and services provided by the company. His/her responsibility is to make sure that the company is operating at its maximum capacity with profitable returns, while ensuring cost efficiency, and adherence to company guidelines; all while meeting the expectations of the company’s employees, management, and customers. the expectations and needs of customers and clients.
The HR Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee the operations of 3+ branches of the company.
Plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations.
Ensure that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner.
Improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
Researching and implementing new methods or technologies to improve efficiency.
Setting and reviewing operational budgets and managing cost.
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layouts.
Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
Monitor financial data and use it to improve profitability.
Perform quality control inspections and monitor production quality.
