Overview:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations processes of the park. A significant part of the role will be to ensure that the park is maintained and presented to a consistently high standard, ensuring full compliance with all Health and Safety requirements meeting all local legislation, manufactures guidelines and best practice. The role will be engineering-oriented; supervising a maintenance schedule through effective supervision of your staff as well as external contractors.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills- Leadership skills- Must be familiar with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing equipment, with the ability to manage both an internal and external team, ensuring the park is presented to a consistently high standard and ensuring the safety of all visitors.- Management skills, establish PM programs, TPM, work ratio- Health and Safety regulations, management and leadership.- Work Flow/Planning and Scheduling Skills- Maintenance Financial (ROI) Skills- CMMS and other computer skills- Maintenance Methodology Skills (Especially PM, PdM, RCM and TPM)
