POSITION OVERVIEW:
In the role of Sales Associate, you will combine a professional and positive approach with enthusiasm for the company’s product and the Brand. You will use your product knowledge and experience to provide an exceptional shopping experience within the company’s retail premise and be confident in driving sales. You will also be providing prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To achieve and surpass goals
• To insure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times
• To maintain the selling floor and merchandise
• To insure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives
• Developed, created, and implemented in-store displays and other store visuals
• Responsible for ordering accessories
• Responsible for the supervision and development of visual assistant, stockroom manager and stock staff
• Supervised and coordinated the activities of personnel engaged in the laying out and assembling of displays
• Consulted with advertising and sales officials to ascertain type of merchandise consistent with quality, quantity, specifications requirements and other factors
• Negotiated prices, discount terms and transportation
• Interviewed and worked closely with vendors to obtain desired products
• Coordinated with sales associates, management and merchandising team to create artistic
• Explained to customers our product offering
• Processed transactions efficiently and effective
• Operated computers to itemize and total customer purchases
• Collected payments and make change for cash transactions
• Ensured drawer was balanced at the end of each shift
