- Manage the interior fit out works for shops, restaurants, offices, etc
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and subcontractors.
- Preparation of tender documents complete with pricing and develop a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
- Supervising quantity surveyors and draftsmen (technical office works).
- Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project Coordinate and Insure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and Blueprint in house divisions (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, gypsum, paint, etc) have the updated information.
Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions.
- Attending all meetings and respond to all project correspondences.
Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators - Insure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget
