Ensure the maintenance & safety of the stores outlets.
Direct supervise & process all aspects associated with the effective operation & maintenance of corporate customer service to meet operation & maintenance standards.
Responsible for maintenance of various facilities contracts in Kuwait.
Responsible to process any additional assignments designated by the management & follow up any escalation.
Monitor & administer job allocation, overtime & standby roaster & ensure workflow within the section.
Provide weekly & monthly report.
Work on business development in allocating various facilities contracts in Kuwait.
Coordinate projects, remodels and other special projects.
Preparation and submission of quotations and estimates.
Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work requests.
