Job Summary:
The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for administering a state-of-the-art Magento 2 E-commerce platform and managing the day-to-day E-commerce operations including: category/product configuration, website content updates, and feature/functionality setup and end-to-end testing. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for monitoring online transactions and enhancing the online customer experience. In addition, the E-commerce Specialist will be working closely with the corporate call center to provide them with the required support needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Magento admin settings
• Liaise with development team for extensions,
upgrades and customizations.
• Payment gateway settings administration
• Monitor and support everyday e-commerce
transactions
• Working with Web developer to maintain and
improve its functionality and performance to be up
to date to consumer’s behavior.
• Ensuring relevant and engaging website content
