-To work together with the Account Officer/Relationship Manager in completion of Directors Report of Corporate Customers for sanction/renewal of various credit facilities.
- Prepare spreadsheet based on the financials provided.
- Analyze the balance sheet, profit & loss account and cash flow statement.
- Prepare projections for profitability, cash flows, etc.
- Do sensitivity analysis especially in respect of term loan and project financing transactions.
- Detailed analysis of the financials including comments on the overall risks and mitigants.
- Analyze Market/Macro/Industry aspects.
-Good knowledge and understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss account and cash flow statement.
-Ability to write detailed analysis of financial statements and comment on the same.
