▪To serve as a site engineer for a variety of construction projects.
▪To prepare reports on construction progress.
▪To review private project development plans
for compliance with codes, regulations and standards.
▪To coordinate the preparation of or develop Interior Design Plans and specifications.
▪To perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as, assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical reviews to construction sites.
▪To oversee project construction activities and ensure that company requirements and specifications are met.
▪To update Project Development Director.
▪To arrange inspections, quantity surveying, cost & quality control.
▪To maintain proper contractual records and follow-up system.
▪To assist in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
