Responsible for defining and documenting project
scope, guidelines, and coordination of resources to
execute the project schedule, and operational support
to projects.
Review and validate the Project BOQ & Spec.
Approve the sub-contractors and prepare their
contracts.
Provide the needed technical advice in preparing the
Shop drawings by the site technical office team.
Coordinate with subcontractors and manage
coordination’s meetings.
Coordinate between all disciplines and solving all
conflicts or problems.
Work on getting the necessary approvals for from the Consultant and the owner.
Prepare and review the purchasing orders for all
materials, equipment and tools.
Manage and lead the site Engineers, technical office team and conduct the necessary coordination.
Assist the Project manager in reviewing and updating the project schedule.
Assist the project manager in monitoring thee project time, cost and quality.
