In this supporting role to the Sales and Marketing team, daily tasks will revolve around assisting in the implementation of the project marketing plan, interfacing with real estate traffic and supporting the development team with administrative requirements.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales traffic and answer general inquiries
- Present current Real Estate opportunities to interested parties
- Qualify buyers and coordinate sales follow-up
- Work and maintain database
- Adopt high quality client management
- Interact with marketing team to implement marketing strategies and coordinate collateral
- Update, maintain and keep current project collateral
- Provide feedback and input for new marketing campaigns
- Support sales and marketing team with administrative requirements
- Manage executive scheduling and bookings
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job
