- Ensures machines are maintained in proper working condition, setting the parameters and air pressure.
- Ensures that all valves, cylinder & safety switches are working properly
- Sets the machine as per the production & trial test before production start.
- Maintains and cleans machines before and after each shift
- Safety first and working carefully in the designated place & follow environment, safety procedures
& instruction.
- At the end of each shift collects the wastage & submits to stores to put in assigned area for it.
- Informs the maintenance team & production in charge if there are any troubleshooting, problems during machine running
- Monitors, follows, & ensures that the products are in good condition & as per our quality standards.
- Ensures that the RM are ready and available at all times as per the production plan.
- Follows & fills the machine report form & log sheet & submitted to Production In Charge in daily bases.
- Receives the raw materials and feed it into the machine.
- Makes all the basic alignments, set-up, and adjustments for all machine parts.
- Executes all greasing and lubricating process for the machine.
- Achieves the production targets.
- Participates in the maintenance activities (Preventive Maintenance, Annual Overhauls & Breakdowns).
- Investigates breakdowns and prepares relevant reports.
- Delivers technical and operation training to 2 other operators at least on the assigned machine in order to cover him during his absence.
- Do other jobs that may be assigned by the production in charge.
