As a Leasing Manager, You will create, implement and develop merchandize mix in accordance with GLA objectives as an important part of the function. Contact with new and existing Investors in leasing related matters.
Job description is provided below:
1. Work closely with and under the direction of the General Manager - Leasing to execute the leasing process on behalf of GLA Management.
2. Present and market available leasable units to presumptive investors.
3. Negotiate and agree Offers to Lease, MOU's and Investment Agreements with Investors following leasing Department defined processes and strategies to exceed leasing goals.
4. Enhance positive relationship with Investors and other GLA partners.
5. Participate in assuring merchandize mix within the properties, rental incomes, sales estimations, and leasing strategy.
6. Develop weekly target list for all vacant locations.
7. Prepare weekly leasing status report as and when required.
