Tasks:
A Business development personnel. Initiating & growing business relationships with civil contractors, builders & private clients. Must be able to solicit bid documents, read and understand specifications, solicit pricing from vendors/manufacturers; and formulate bids.
Job duties:
Must have Sound knowledge of sanitary-ware products
Developing new Business
Managing requests for quotes & a high level of customer service
Perform building surveys and product demonstrations
Create and/or examine drawings for correct specifications & bill of quantities
Developing Vendors/Manufacturers/ sanitary-ware products
Prepare written proposal document including technical and visual content.
Provides guidance/support and managing sales team
Possess strong communication skills including the ability to make formal presentations to customers.
