Job Description JOB PURPOSE To seek out, negotiate and secure deals and projects for customers (Corporates and Retailers) within the assigned geographical area to achieve the set budget & Gross Profit. Employee will be entitled for a basic salary and commission based on sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Customer Accounts
• Quotations and specifications to customers.
• Technical seminars and special application functions
• Customer complaints
• Competitor’s activities watch
• New products Introduction TASKS
• Be responsible for servicing of customer accounts within an agreed budget framework.
• Prospect for new potential accounts, within guidelines by the sales and marketing manager.
• Issue of quotations and specifications to customers.
• Coordination of technical seminars and special application functions for customers.
• Giving advice on specifications to customers.
• Handling of customer complaints.
• Order processing & delivery
• Being aware of competitor’s activities.
• Introduction of new products into the market place, whenever appropriate.
• Undertaking of any other duties, as required by sales and marketing manager.
• Full profit and loss accountability.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to meet assigned sales objectives.
• Prepare and submit budgets for area.
• Maintain key customer relationships.
• Adherence to all Sigma policies and procedures. COMPETENCIES
• Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization.
• Convey clear, timely, persuasive messages that positively influence the thoughts and actions of others.
• Use effective marketing and persuasion to generate interest and enhance demand for the organization’s products and services.
