Following on from the success over the past 25 years, Bateel International is currently embarking on the next major phase of growth. In order to realise these ambitious plans, we are currently looking for a Country Manager - Kuwait, looking to widen their expertise in order to optimise the regions local team and businesses profitability.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and directing different business units: Supply Chain, HR & Admin, IT and Finance. Supervising warehouse and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Deliver Operational leadership and assume full P&L responsibility for all contract relationships. Ensure day-today operations maintain a continued alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy and direction.
