- Conduct salary survey practices and bench marking
- Assist in developing grading system and maintain company’s salary structure
- Participate in developing up-to-date HR policies and Employee Handbook creation
- Monthly/quarterly HR reporting
- Assist in HR budget creation
- Participate in annual salary reviews, increments, and promotion
- Establish and communicate internally, the company’s reward management system (employee of the month/year …etc.)
- Deal with the medical insurance provider and suggest alternatives
- Assist in insuring factual performance review is conducted and reported to top management in a well-designed format
- In-charge of KPI’s related to Comp & Ben and Employee Relation
