KEY RESULT AREAS As Manager-Sales & Marketing-BI, Target achievement through:
a) Planning & Market Research
b) Sales, Marketing & Business Development
c) Timely Reporting
d) Team Management
Planning & Market Research
a) Ensure submission of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales & Marketing action plan by the S&M Team.
b) Based on inputs from the team, prepare the plan for the branch, in consultation with the BM.
c) Plan business strategy and Generate business from HNI and Ultra HNI prospects
d) Track action plan & its implementation to completion
e) Create a database of Clubs, Institutes, associations etc. for purpose of analysis to increase market share and for tie-ups.
f) Maintain updated database/ folder of handouts/collateral/advertisements etc. of Competitors and their activities.
g) Ensure Implementation of the marketing plan as laid down by the marketing department at the H.O.
h) Anticipating, understanding and exceeding client expectations and needs and Identify new clients
i) for Overseas Markets.
j) Conduct Market analysis and analyze the market trend
k) Planning of marketing & branding strategies and their execution with team member
Sales & Marketing
a) Conduct the required number of seminars & presentations as specified by the HO.
b) Responsible for generating business in the different categories as per the objectives specified by the HO.
c) Build Institutional Tie -Ups with prominent Institutes, Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Clubs like FICCI, PHDCCI, and CII.
d) Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified by the HO.
e) Extend all cooperation and support to the customer care division for achieving customer delight.
f) Promote Advantage World Wide to the clients.
g) Manage relationships of super HNI clients, retaining & enhancing relationships.
Reporting
a) Track team output thru a daily/weekly report on:
i. Number of Prospects contacted.
ii. Number of qualified applicants contacted.
iii. Number of clients made
iv. Kilometres travelled in the designated territory/outside
v. Selling expenses incurred and any deviation from the standard performance.
b) Submit reports regarding client feedback/complaints to customer care department. c) Submit daily reports of marketing activities/initiatives to Branch Manager/HO in the specified format and at specified intervals.
Team Management
a) Ensure effective implementation of Policies and Procedures introduced/changed by Corporate HR.
b) Facilitate training and development
c) Provide a congenial work atmosphere
d) Ensure motivation through reward & recognition utilising innovative way (for e.g. sending e-mail through the Branch Manager, to all branches recognizing employee efforts etc.
e) Ensure camaraderie and team spirit through effective conflict management, counselling and fairness.
f) Assess the contribution of each member of the Marketing team through fair and timely appraisals.
