* Post various types of Journal Entries & insure accurate month and year end closing balances. * Control and review day to day accounting transaction.
* Maintain general ledger Accounts and reconcile them.
* Maintain accurate evaluation of inventory in PSD & SAP.
* Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
* Post all vendor invoices into SAP after obtaining the appropriate approval.
* Prioritize supplier payments in accordance with agreed payment terms.
* Respond to all vendor inquiries & maintain good working relationship with them.
* Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
* Manage Petty Cash disbursement & Maintain Proper records of cash disbursements.
* Obtain monthly expenses from employees & reconcile expenses with petty cash disbursements.
* Sort & organize expense invoices and post them to SAP.
* Handle all bank transaction including deposits, payments & bank reconciliation.
* Post all bank transaction to the SAP system.
* Prepare and post Monthly AR invoices to the accounting system.
* Prepare monthly reports that include accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
* Prepare or assist in the preparation of financial statement.
* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
* Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary details and explanations for audit processing.
* Assist in month end closing process.
* Assist with other projects as requested by management.
