1. Handle & follow up with the company’s clients & build a good long lasting working relationship with customers.
2. To generate Sales from a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and to maximize company profitability.
3. Inject new clients to the company.
4. Follow up with clients’ timely collection and with company sections, timely delivery.
5. Develop thorough briefs and proposals to liaise between client’s requirements and production/design teams.
6. Responsible for the sales of Production and services.
7. Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
8. Monitor feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products.
9. Provide customers and potential customers within the allocated sales area with information about company products and services.
10. Maintain an awareness of sales and other developments amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company staff.
11. Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored.
12. Maintain an awareness of developments in sales generation and product development.
13. Follow up orders from inception to delivery and present daily and weekly reports.
