• Oversee all Warehouse functions and monitor materials usage to assure material versus installation
yield;
• Monitor overall inventory accuracy for all locations and develops action plans with direct reports to
resolve issues and improve processes;
• Maintain receiving, shipping, inventory control and Pick & Prep operations by initiating, coordinating
and enforcing departmental programs and operational work instructions and procedures;
• Control inventory levels and accuracy by overseeing physical cycle counts and reconciling with data
storage system;
• Ensure compliance with Company programs such as AX Dynamics and Share point;
• Develop vendor evaluation criteria and maintains statistical analysis of results;
• Ensure supervisors are working with Buyer/Planner on purchase of tools and inventory to maintain
min/max levels in all locations;
• Assure Work Orders are issued, picked, prepped scanned and closed in a timely and accurate fashion;
• Develop and oversee inventories’ racking system;
• Ensures that inventory controls are in place at all locations;
• Works with Supervisors to coordinate inventory storage, turnover, and receipt/shipment of materials;
• Build collaborative relationships with internal customers;
• Maintains inventory files and reviews items for physical movement;
• Ensures excess materials are disposed of in accordance with company directives;
• Implement safety and health programs to assure safe and healthy working conditions and compliance
with all applicable local laws and regulations;
• Maintain warehouse operations capacities and capabilities by inspecting equipment, issuing work
orders for repair and requisitions for replacement and planning and implementing new design layouts;
• Recruit, orient and train staff as well as monitors their performance and progress
