Providing support to the delivery of human resource services with specific responsibility for supporting department staff; providing information to applicants and employees; maintaining clerical records; and completing assigned projects and tasks.
• Administers pre-employment proficiency tests for the purpose of ensuring eligibility for employment.
• Assists with employment process (e.g. scheduling interviews, maintaining current applications, assisting with applicant searches, etc.).
• Assists with new employee orientation (e.g. introducing personnel, payroll, and benefit policies, assisting with enrollment forms, etc.).
• Prepare meetings, workshops, seminars and prepare meeting attendance, reports and minutes of meeting.
• Conducts exit interviews.
• Maintains a variety of employment filling and records, (e.g. applicants, test scores, fingerprinting tracking records, highly qualified, job descriptions, etc.) ensuring accuracy of employee's records.
• Keep track of Company Licenses expiration.
• Maintains an inventory of items (e.g. handbooks, applications, personnel forms, etc.).
• Prepares a variety of reports and related documents (e.g. classified and certificated reports, purchase orders, supply requisitions, recruitment packages, etc.).
• Assist in preparation of offer letters, contracts, salary certificates, or any forms required.
• Processes documents and materials (e.g. applications, photographs of employees and identification cards, fingerprinting, employment verification, etc.).
• Be familiar with and keep updated on Kuwait Labor Law regulations and basic condition of employment regulations.
