• Coordinate work functions of the EPC Project in his area of responsibility. Ensure quality of work and supervision.
• Ensure the implementation of corrective/Preventive/Shutdown activities to meet the Project goal.
• Ensure personnel’s adherence to safe working.
• Provide technical expertise and improvements to the operational functions.
• Ensure at all times the availability of personnel, tools and test equipment’s.
• Ability to supervise group of people from different technical backgrounds
• Do resource forecasting for the timely completion of given work.
• Ensure projects are completed per project plans.
• Daily operations of field work activities and organization of subcontractors.
• Regular contracts status reports.
• Communicate with subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time
• Frequently visit the construction site to monitor the progress and catch any problems that may occur.
