• Review New item Vocab Code logic before creation.
• Cost build up sheet for VOCAB, TENDERS, SERVICE
• Pricing for VOCAB, TENDERS, SERVICE
• Tracking Discounts on VOCAB, TENDERS, SERVICE
• Generate, Monitor and Analyze reports :Job wise, Project wise, Customer wise, Franchise wise, Product wise.
• Reviewing and updating the Costing in the System
• Reviewing and updating the Pricing in the System
• Review the Stock aging and Obsolescence .
• Review the Labor rate, Overheads rate and recommend any change in the system rate for Management approval.
• Analyze Payroll cost efficiency.
• Assisting IT and Accounts in automization process
• Assisting the Auditors for any audit queries
• Participate in the Physical verification of Inventory
• Analyze the Scrap generated against the target.
• Revisiting system process and strengthening the controls
• Participate in Budgeting process.
• Prepare the Production / Sales incentive schemes and payouts.
• Preparation of Royalty Calculations.
• Follow up for price/ stock /rebate support from Agents, if any.
• Review the following to ensure no open items:
 Sales Order,
 Pending Delivery Orders
 Purchase Order,
 WIP Aging
 GR/IR, Provision accounts
 Progressive Billing
 Production order to be closed.
