We are looking for a young very motivated and highly committed individual with significant experience in leading and cooking to manage kitchen operations in a multi-site environment. People, communication & management •Involved in business communication with stakeholders. •Prepare menus, recipes and costing sheets •Recruit, train and develop teams. •Demonstrate positive personal traits: such as truthful, approachable and understanding. •Ability to prioritize and manage shareholders expectations. Duties/ Responsibilities •Manage multiple kitchens and locations and overall responsibility for food quality and delivery. •Research, create and test new recipes, to ensure the menu is constantly updated, paying special attention to seasonal availability •Ensure that all statuary hygiene requirements are diligently followed •Demonstrate highest quality of deliverables (food and reports). •Timeliness and record keeping. •Engage with suppliers and contractors. •Demonstrate innovation and consistency •Develop, monitor and implement policies and procedures for food & kitchen. •Demonstrate business traits: such as persistent, thoughtful, proactive and thorough.
