- Administers all matters pertaining to passports and visas; safeguards passports of Bank employees; ensures that the necessary steps are taken to renew visas prior to their expiration.
- Maintains records and handles all correspondence concerning obtaining and renewing of work and residence permits.
- Ensures that proper fingerprints are taken of bank employees.
- Secures residence permits for bank employees; obtains cancellations of residence permits for employees leaving the Bank.
- Maintains proper information of Government regulations regarding residence, visa and work permits, so as to arrange for all the required documents to ensure timely and efficient service to CBK employees.
- Maintains direct contact with Bank employees in order to provide the required administrative and liaison services.
- Keeps close contact with superiors on issues related to Government procedural changes.
- Ensures timely validation of residence work permits and visas for the staff.
- Obtains visas for the Bank visitors and for the staff traveling to foreign countries when proceeding on business trip.
- Completes medical and fingerprint formalities for Senior/Expatriate management of the Bank.
- Receives senior/expatriate management staff on their arrival for the first time and ensures that the residence formalities of the employee and his family are completed at the earliest.
- Assists expatriate management employees to obtain civil ID, license, etc. for self and family.
- Execute all matters related to PISS for Kuwaiti & GCC staff.
- Liaise with Manpower for issues related to Kuwaiti staff' social allowance, amending marital status of our existing staff in Manpower system, .etc
- Prepare Central Bank Nomination forms for CBK Staff, if required for certain Managerial positions.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
