- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current clients and potential to generate new business for the company products/services.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Participate in the development of policies and strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Invite potential clients to demonstrate products and gain new markets.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and its existing and potential clients.
- Advise on product developments and discuss special promotions.
- Record sales orders and provide copies to the accountant.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Carry out client presentations expressing the value plan of products, solutions, and service offering.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing deals.
- Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and events.
- Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Keep the Management informed of fast moving products and products with low sales percentage.
- Follow the latest trends and competitors’ products.
- Reviews expenses and recommends reduction of cost.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
