The chosen candidate will act as a liaison between our companies clinical/educational departments, administration and our clients.
The following are a few of the responsibilities that will constitute this position:
- Parent meetings to explain ABC’s services
- Follow-up communication with parents and manage services waiting list
- Coordinating trainings, assessments and the enrollment of new clients
- Communicate with clients regarding sponsorships and deal with any requested change in services
- Communicate with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure to smooth provision of services
- Attend Admin and Management meetings
- Reporting to immediate director weekly
