I'm looking to hire a Fresh Graduate (CMD) OR a max of 3 years' Expert Marketing Executive/ Officer who shall have a broad potential toward growing in a fast growing Food Distribution FMCG Company in Kuwait (within Kuwaiti Labor Market only).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, development & implementation of all marketing communications & PR activities (external/ internal).
- Responsible for ATL, BTL & TTL Marketing in the organization.
- Oversee development and implementation in the areas of marketing, communications and PR.
- Source advertising opportunities and placing ads in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to the product or service.
- Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters…etc.
- Be fully aware of competitors’ activities & areas of weakness investigating price & strength plus evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing & coordinating all promotional staff and activities.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, expand and develop marketing platforms.
- Analyze sales, rationalize offers & monitor customers’ feedback plus achieve efficiencies through procurement initiatives.
- Determine, manage, monitor & review the marketing budget/ expenses.
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget, plus contribute to the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for sales opportunities.
- Monitor ongoing campaign expenses against the budget, keep accurate records and highlight where variances may occur.
- Assist Marketing Head/ GM in the preparation of reports to Senior Management Team.
- Process invoices in accordance with agreed procedures and timescale.
