Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
ICT Engineer/Technician shall execute tasks and activities in the following manner:
o Professional conduct and behavior to be reflected to Customer.
o Timely and within the specified KPI (if applicable) and agreed time frame of POS (and or IS and CBS Sales).
o Professionally by following International Standards and recommended practices.
o Quality Control & Assurance along with proper placement & labeling.
o Timely removing the cancelled equipment and returning to Store.
o Professional conduct and behavior to be reflected to Customer.
o Preferred helping customer beyond the assigned activity without causing any problem to win his trust.
o PI/VIP/Major or Category ‘A’ customers gets more priority over others from all perspectives.
o Make sure that all Company installations done at both customer premises as well as Company node sides are compliant with International and Company Standards from all perspectives.
o Supporting all sections of Network Services for ICT related requirements.
o Using optimum quality cables and related methodologies to reflect Company image.
o Quality Control & Assurance along with proper placement & labeling.
o Proper Documentations, handovers and saving of required parameters and data within the system to be used during support and troubleshooting.
o Updating all stakeholders at very early stage with any new information/setup that is required later on to support/troubleshoot.
o Knowledge transfer exercises to be conducted within the team.
o To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines
o Performing any task assigned by his superior in favor of smooth Business Operations i.e. whether related or not related to above objectives but related to ICT Engineering scope as and when required.
o Adhering to company Policies in all terms. Uniform (if applicable) and attendance rules are examples etc...
o Utilizing all leave days (30) within 1 year by putting well ahead planning without any conflict with business operations
o Creating reports as and when required by superiors.
