Description
Responsible for developing policies, structures, learning systems, strategies to source, develop and retain talents and manpower and engagement in line with corporate strategy for the all the business units within the Group, as well as establish and promote a culture enabling team-work and service-oriented HR throughout the organization
Profile
International HR experience ideally within the Middle East and ALSO developed markets (not purely Middle East - need more than this)
Background in hospitality, restaurants, food & beverage
culturally aware
Able to live and work in Kuwait
Job Offer
circa 3,000 to 3,500 KWD per month (approx 35-40,000 AED) per month
