We are looking for a driven Production Manager to join our office based in Kuwait who will be mainly responsible for handling all the production jobs of the agency. At Intermarkets(Y&R), the incumbent must ensure maximum efficiency and maintain proper coordination with all departments.
Role and Responsibilities
• Get trained and acquainted with the company software system to:
1) Prepare Quotations.
2) Issue Invoices and LPOs
• Handle one or more major clients on day to day basis
• Maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure production deadlines and financial targets are met
• Source various production related items that will add value/innovation to the jobs contributing to client confidence and satisfaction
• Coordinate between internal departments to ensure jobs are delivered on time with minimum wastage and within gross profit margin
• Work closely with the managers on jobs related to the development and stewardship of all communications plans as well as other initiatives based on client requirements and needs.
• Ensure the agency is up to date with the latest developments in the industry so that the agency can continue to deliver leading edge solutions.
