- Handling all assigned training functions/tasks/activities, and deliver expected output successfully.
- Maintaining training records on PC with respect to individual, and training database, and updating them regularly.
- Handling course and trainee evaluations, along relevant statistical analysis.
- Attending Saturdays and after working hours training events, as in-house or out-house, as assigned, for all needed logistical support.
- Visiting NRDP trainees in their branches, for feedback purposes, and produce feedback report about each trainee.
- Conducting openings, for all training events, as in-house and out-house, as assigned.
- Handling all logistical and administrative matters, related to all training events, as in-house and out-house.
- Supporting team members in all training functions.
- Assisting in annual TNA process.
- Performing any other task, assigned by the Training Manager.
- Processing training materials, course notes, handouts and visual aids.
- Following-up nomination forms, reminders for all training events.
- Photocopying, compiling, and binding to create manuals for training courses.
- Ensuring to maintain the Training Center’s premises in good condition.
- Set up rooms for training and non-training events, as requested by the user.
- Attend to the needs of our participants at the IBS when exclusive courses are conducted for our staff, by visiting the Institute during the courses.
- Perform any other task assigned by Training Manager.
