1.Establish/update financial management processes and infrastructure to enable scalability of operations.
2.Develop reporting process and communication policy for all stakeholders - external and internal.
3.Provide management oversight and guidance for both operations and investment teams.
4.Advise on management and operational matters.
5.Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
6.Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

16.Overseeing day-to-day operations and keeping the CEO apprised of significant events.
17.Manage operations to meet budget, business, and other strategic goals.
18.Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance.
19.Evaluates newly implemented sales plans.
