Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises the accounting operation and maintain financial records, financial reporting, statement preparation, auditing. Responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Supervise, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
Perform financial reviews of accounts, reconcile bank statements, and prepare summarized financial report.
Preparation of periodic financial reports (balance sheets, profit and loss statements).
Coordinate budget requirements, prepare budget and maintain financial control.
Supervise, and reconcile sub ledger reports on a monthly basis in addition to creating the final trial balance
Preparation of the management and accounts reports.
Supervise, Update and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts to reflect the transactional activities.
Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow
Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, processes and standards pertaining to finance and accounts processing.
Assist internal and external auditors in ensuring that audits are completed timely by the year-end through collaborating sufficiently and providing the necessary data.
Assist. with the Legal & HR department with legal matters.
