I'm in need to hire Local Arabic Male/ Female staff (Lebanese only) who are having a good experience (not a must) in Call Center & Customer Service in our Restaurants Company in Kuwait.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond quickly within 2 rings at maximum, answer incoming call and respond to customer queries.
- Handling escalated enquiries that require supervisory/managerial involvement.
- Market promotional meals/ recipes to existing/ new customers.
- Provide new promotions info to customers (sales) and using suggestive selling techniques.
- Process customers’ orders using applicable software.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Take the order accurately from the customer, listen actively to the customers.
- Keep entering into the computer all customer data, including relevant comments, which help in getting all required analysis.
- Research, identify, & resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
- Document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer call.
- Follow up customer calls where & when needed.
- Other related duties as assign.
