To carry out Cadastral Surveys, locating boundary features and services; to verify Deed and Land Certificate plans; to indentify easements and wayleaves; and to liaise with Service Providers as appropriate. 2. Prepare and provide sufficient information to enable the completion of disposal, acquisition or lease reports to the Head of Law, including the provision of appropriate legal plans. 3. Carry out detailed measured surveys and levelling by traditional and electronic methods for various purposes. 4. Set out new boundaries for development land, vision splays and field boundaries for Rural Estates, including the calculation of areas by mathematical or computer aided means. 5. Carry out measured site investigations of boundary encroachments or disputes: to interpret Title Deed and Land Certificate plans; to prepare site records at appropriate scale
