This position holder is responsible for all aspects of operations including directing and managing showrooms, sales,warehouse and management team. Firefly Kuwait is leader in LED lighting and many other lighting products
Basic Duties
1. Creating the business plan & annual budgets, and report periodically on the progress.
2. Coordinate with RE/MAX Int. to localize, develop, implement policy & procedure operating guidelines for products & Services, and ensure compliance with Middle East Market.
3. Managing the recruiting procedure, training, setting the policy and procedures for staff, and recommend improvement.
4. Enabling delivery of quality and timely service to customers and assure customer satisfaction.
5. Developing and implementing processes & reports aimed to achieve internal efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Lead, coordinate and approve service quality performance indicators and standards, and monitor performance and direct reporting process.
