- Supervise daily staff assignments.
- Perform regular operational inspections on a biweekly basis.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Oversee all mechanical and electrical elevator work.
- Submit repair budget allocation requests to management.
- Oversee testing and replacement of damaged elevator components and parts.
- Use third-party automation software to perform preventive equipment maintenance tests.
- Prevent malfunctions on public elevators by making adjustments and parts replacement.
- Maintain repair logs for specific clients for submission to management.
- Perform the human and material installation resources including installation supervisors, fitters, and subcontractors to ensure successful project accomplishment as well as commissioning
- Implement project execution, control, installation, testing and commissioning
- Conducting all aspects of project activities, including attendance to technical meetings and discussions with clients and suppliers
