- Reviews projects management plans and documentation to ensure that the IT projects comply with the SDLC processes and from a deliverables and project management deliverable quality perspectives.
- Participate whenever necessary in the software vendor evaluation process.
- Evaluate IT solution options related to PMO process needs.
- Monitor and report to concerned authorities on project progress.
- Provide technical support and expertise with respect to the implementation of IT projects and new systems.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks/issues to the Line Manager and to project user as and when appropriate.
- Advice on project delivery risk mitigation approaches.
- Work actively towards spreading a proper IT governance culture among team members.
- Adhere and comply to actively work towards closure of all related audit findings prior to GO-live of applications and systems.
- Responsible for the development of Microsoft Dynamics AX
