Responsibilities:
1. Approve and assign IT Access requests to the respective IT section.
2. Monitor and report SAP activities and access log for SAP roles.
3. Monitor SAP Audit Logs.
4. Set SAP passwords
5. Move SAP Transport requests between SAP Landscapes.
6. Check frequently basis for Windows, Microsoft Office and adobe updates at user workstations.
7. Upgrade antivirus, anti-spam installations on user workstations.
8. Answer technical queries of users and direct queries to concerned IT section for further support.
9. Deploy patches, updates, remove/install programs, force policies as per the management recommendation.
10. Create, update and delete user accounts in the available systems, and active directory.
11. Grant access of internet/e-mail depending on the nature of work and as per Sr. GM IT approvals and based on related requests.
12. Furnish summary reports of backup operations, internet usage and IT equipment across the group.
13. Investigate and recommend appropriate corrective actions for security incidents.
14. Maintain the asset records and ensure applying group policy.
15. Coordinate with Technical Support Team regarding the implementation of IT policy with respect to Hardware or Software licenses.
16. Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, controls and their compliance.
17. Assist in troubleshooting, fixing Network equipment, Servers, operating system Database and related network or communication issues.
18. Maintain IP addresses schema, Subnet Mask, DNS, WINS configuration and shared folder.
19. Assist in providing require specification of IT equipment’s equipped with latest technology.
20. Follow technical roles and procedures, assist in maintaining, upgrading and shifting of network device, computers, servers, tap library, etc.
21. Perform base configuration of the operations, server's (role and type), Operating System, Network topology of the group with the IP range.
22. Update and install different version of Windows operating system on servers.
23. Inform the direct Supervisor if noticed any vulnerabilities in Information Systems using day to day tasks.
