•A minimum of 15 plus years of experience in business and commercialization of IP, preferably in the oil and gas sector backed up by a material track record of IP registration and commercialization of technologies •Bachelor degree in relevant Engineering or Scientific fields. Master’s degree / MBA is preferable •Graduate studies with concentration on IP / Patent law is preferable •Ability to assimilate technical information regarding the oil and gas industry •Ability to prioritize activities and interact with multidisciplinary teams •Excellent interpersonal, team working, negotiation skills •Ability to work effectively in an embryonic environment •Willingness and ability to travel world-wide to visit external buyers and attend industry related conferences •Drive for value creation •Must be fluent in English language, Arabic is a plus
