The client is a reputable Architecture Design company with a long standing reputation of delivering creative and innovative designs has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Interiors to work and lead development of hospitality, retail, and Workplace interior design projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Interior Design function to ensure the delivery of design and drafting works required for the project’s proposal and execution; provide consultative assistance in visualizing Customer’s ideas to facilitate sales.
Provide design & creative input on a range of projects from inception and ensure that a consistently high standard of design work is delivered
Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification
Implement communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings
Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements
Work with clients and organizing teams to prepare project deliverables such as Drawings, presentation boards, renderings, schedules, sketches, CAD drawing packages, FF&E specifications, etc.
Use CAD standards, documentation standards, and other protocol.
